APG Industrial was created from the merger of Meter Systems (Pty) Ltd and Pneumax South Africa (Pty) Ltd, which were both owned by Setpoint Industries, a JSE listed group. Setpoint Industries was acquired by Torre Industries in 2014, and Meter Systems and Pneumax became division of Torre Parts & Components, which was then acquired the industrial brand house, Africa Parts Group in 2019, and these two businesses were then merged into what is today APG Industrial.
Both Meter System and Pneumax commenced operation in 1978 and have been the leading supplier of Lubrication, Fluid Transfer and Pneumatic solutions for over 4 decades.
Each of these businesses have built up an enviable reputation over the past 40 years and today the merged APG Industrial proudly represents an array of leading global brands such as Piusi, Raasm, Sliea, Liquip, Manntek, Kalymnos, MecLube,McCabe, Airbest, Pneumax, Tpuco, ACL, JOC, Lanbao, Weforma and Stampotecnica. APG Industrial have also developed a wide range of quality products under their own proprietary brands, Meter Systems, ProFlow, and Pneumatix.
APG industrial have advanced technical workshops specialising in pneumatics and fluid transfer solutions, which include calibration and equipment testing, pneumatic cylinder manufacturing, custom lubrication and fuel solutions, diesel trailer rebuilds, hose crimping and hose pressure testing, as well as a range of other manufacturing and repair services for pneumatics, and fluid transfer equipment.
